Over the years we've put on shit loads of shows, starting I guess mainly from 1999. This page will only mention those larger bands which we've put on, simply due to time constraints

This gig was certainly one of the most enjoyable shows we've put on. It took place October time in Nancy Spains and these three bands were also supported by Section 8 and Pacer. There was a huge turn out for this excellent gig although a lot of people didn't get in because the bouncers were complete wankers. First on the line up were Section 8 and they really got the crowd going with their emo pop punk tunes and set the standard for the evenings events. Pacer were next on, and put on the usual show of adreninal filled pop punk fun. The Bouncing Souls showed the kids of the business that the streets of Ny are a great influence to their lyrics, music and stage presence. Avail also put on an excellent show. Headliners Lagwagon put on an amazing show with drug enduced frenzy and spastic fits of stage diving from the crowd, which the bouncers did not like at all. The lads invited the fans up on stage to a sing along session of the finest order. All in all an amazing show and I would deinitely go again to see the gods of pop punk.

BRANDTSON & UNWED SAILOR

These two bands played here last summer and both fuckin rocked. Brandtson are definately one of the best emo bands out there and Unwed Sailor were truely amazing and almost spiritual with their instrumental rock. Support on the night was by My Remorse and Weevil, two up and coming Cork bands, defiinately worth checking out. Can't wait to see these guys again soon.

DROPNOSE AND ASTREAM

Astream and Dropnose were indeed the first foreign bands that we managed to bring to Ireland and it was most enjoyable indeed. Both bands play a fast paced melodic type of punk, not too distant from Strung Out and other Fat bands. Astream played very well indeed and like Dropnose, were the nicest of the lads; it's a shame that they've broken up. They shall be missed.

DROPKICK MURPHYS

This gig nearly did not happen thanks to Irish Ferries and the bands only turned up 10 minutes before the went on stage. Now that was a fuckin close one! The Irish support bands were Section 8, Kerrosene and Running Riot(now on TKO records). The local bands certanily did get the crowd going with the usual brand of melodic punk anthems. Voice of A Generation were ewer usual swedish punk bands playing all the tunes we love so much in their 77'ish style. Now on the other hand Running Riot, the street lads from the good old Belfast showed the younger of us amoung the crowd what they missed way back in the early days of the late 70's and and early 80's, with the classic street anthems that punx us all out. Then the boston tea party took full effect, with All Barr the front man showing the crowd if your going to do it destroy the gaff, And the fans and staff of the pub did not need to be told twice. Several members of the other bands had to form a ring of punx around the stage not only to give the band room to play but also to stop everything crashing down around aroung the gaff. Overall what an amazing gig, in the spirit of true punk rock thanx to Ferg for writing this

FUCK WITNESS

Well this event was held to piss off the people in the beer trade who dont even deserve a mention, as well as for us to have shit loads of fun! Here is what Hot Press thought of it: "Fuck Witnness came as a welcome antidote to a certain brewing giant's attempt at a corporate takeover of popular music for the Bank Holiday weekend. Rebel County Drunk Punx (this is what the collective was called in the early days) deserve every kudos imaginable for their decision to promote it. Given their limited resources, they can only be congratulated for their professionalism and sense of fair play, particularly in relation to ticket prices. Fred Zeppelin's has become something of a Cork institution since it first opened its doors a few years ago: its clientele are colourful, its staff commendably tolerant of cultural diversity, and its live music policy is exemplary. It would be scurrilous of this reviewer to claim to have seen all the bands who played on Friday night — Cork was represented by the Sell Outs and Kerry by Conan's Mob and Twice Bitten - but I have it on good authority that this was my loss. I was, however, in time to see Dublin band Stress. Their impassioned performance was extremely impressive. On Saturday, Wicklow band 2000 Strong recalled the Red Hot Chilli Peppers in their finer, filthier moments, while UK outfits Unite and Stomping Ground turned in sweaty, loud, and furious performances. It was one of those gigs where it was sometimes impossible to determine who was in the band, in the audience, or indeed, on the staff, such was the exuberance of all three. Corporate rock? Nein danke. Keep music evil."Marc O' Sullivan
